ABOUT US
HTS Constructions delivers Integrated Construction Solutions and operates as a Remote Construction Specialist across Australia and the Pacific.
Headquartered in Brisbane, with offices in WA and Nauru, we provide a full range of in-house trades across
Building & Structural, Electrical, Communications & Instrumentation (EC&I), Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMEP), and Civil & Infrastructure Works.
We are an experienced FIFO contractor with a long history of scaling workforces to remote sites, and the capability to rapidly mobilise, stand up, and support large crews. We do not just fly people in, we run proven FIFO workforce models, supply chains, camp logistics, and workforce care systems that
enable us to deploy and sustain hundreds of workers across multiple locations at the same time.
This integrated capability gives clients one contractor under one roof, which is critical for remote or logistically complex regions where every interface and delay costs time and money.
Our vertical markets include mining, defence, government, agriculture, and remote region projects, supported by strong
project management, remote logistics, disciplined site leadership, compliance, and proven delivery performance in some of the toughest environments
in Australia and the Pacific.
Our Mission
Our vision is to create an organisational environment that challenges the industry norms, embraces entrepreneurial endeavours and has the agility to build better and be better.
Through our Values and our Strategic Plan, HTS will be:
The integrated solutions partner of choice for our clients and
the employer of choice for our chosen markets.
Our Vision
HTS will provide a point of difference in our markets by inspiring confidence and peace of mind to our clients whilst delivering integrated construction solutions in remote and challenging locations throughout Australia and the Pacific.
By being accountable, and employing a flexible, capable and engaged workforce, we will remain agile and be focused on operational efficiency and quality outcomes that deliver value to our clients, our staff and our shareholders.
Our Values
HTS Constructions was born out of the core values of Australian tradesmen and engineers who wanted to make life easier for the client, recruit, lead and manage good teams and have everything under one roof. Our core values help create win-win situations and get the job done right, safely and with quality outputs.
Leadership
We behave with integrity and will set the standard we expect from others both within the company and our industry.
Accountability
We strive to create an environment where every team member feels empowered and responsible for their actions, decisions, and the impact they have on our collective journey.
Positive Impact
We are a positive contributor to our employees, our clients and our environment.
Personal Growth
We will all grow personally and professionally and be open to new initiatives and methods of working.
We are proudly majority-owned by veterans, reflecting our strong commitment to discipline, leadership and resilience. Dan served in the Royal Australian Navy, and Kian served in the Australian Regular Army, experiences that shape our proactive approach to challenging projects and help us excel in remote facility construction and FIFO construction services.
As a recognised Veteran Employer, we’re dedicated to helping ex-service men and women transition into meaningful careers. We foster a structured, outcome-focused environment that aligns with the skill sets veterans bring—whether they’re looking for FIFO camp construction jobs or roles in construction project management.
