WORKING AT HTS
The HTS Work Environment
HTS Constructions delivers projects across Australia and the Pacific, with most roles based on FIFO or remote-site work. We regularly hire skilled trades and site professionals who can work safely, reliably, and as part of a small team.
Typical roles include project managers, supervisors, project administrators, leading hands, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, concreters, plant operators, and general site crew.
We take pride in running a supportive management culture, one that looks after people and understands that personal issues sometimes need time and space to deal with properly.
If you’ve got the skills and mindset for remote or resource-sector construction,
we’d like to hear from you.
Our Culture: Built on Hard Work & Team Spirit

Remote Working in the Pacific
At HTS Constructions, our work in the Pacific is built on partnership, respect, and a practical commitment to sustainable development. We know that operating FIFO in nations like Nauru and PNG means our success is tied to the community's. We don't just build; we build with local talent. We empower our integrated teams—blending FIFO expertise with local knowledge—to tackle unique infrastructure challenges and deliver lasting results. We listen to community leaders and our local workforce. Every day we bring:
Genuine Partnership: We actively engage local suppliers for our content and invest in skills upgrading, creating real pathways for our local workforce.
Empowering Local Talent: We are committed to leaving a legacy of capability, with a strong focus on championing and training Pacific women in construction.
Building Community: We respect the local context and engage directly with the community, ensuring our projects deliver tangible benefits beyond the build itself.
