Founders
Director
Blake Thackrah specialises in project management and quality assurance for remote infrastructure and commercial projects. His career is built on a strong foundation as a qualified plumber and senior plumbing supervisor with extensive international experience. As a Project Manager, he holds overall responsibility for the delivery of major water and piping works, managing budgets, manpower, and trade integration. He provides critical technical support to sub-contractors and liaises with engineers during the design process. Blake leads most of HTS's projects in WA.

Daniel Hunt specialises in delivering difficult electrical and construction projects in remote locations, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to user handover. His career is built on a 10-year foundation in the Australian Navy as an Electrical Technician on operational deployments. He then progressed through the mining construction industry, advancing from Electrical Supervisor to Construction and Project Manager. This led him to manage complex assignments in challenging environments across Australia and overseas for the resource sector.
Daniel Hunt
Director
Kian Bullock specialises in solving complex problems and achieving project objectives through effective team management, particularly in remote and international locations. His career is built on a 10-year foundation in the Australian Regular Army in the Royal Australian Engineers, including deployment to Aceh. After the Army, he managed large-scale infrastructure projects in the UK before returning to Australia. He then transitioned from client-side project management to remote construction, successfully delivering projects including mining camps in WA and Australian Government infrastructure on Nauru.

Cris has over 18 years of service experience and 14 years at the senior management level with a track record of success in leading multi-branch, regional and international operations through periods of significant change and growth. Prior to joining HTS, he worked as General Manager for the Fortune 100 company Honeywell Australia and Wilson Security, Australia’s largest provider of manned security solutions.

Jim Kemp brings over 30 years of resource and infrastructure sector experience to HTS Constructions. A registered builder and AICD Graduate, Jim has directed major mining hub developments, defence facilities and large-scale hydrogen energy projects across Australia. His extensive executive background ensures absolute operational certainty across complex, remote environments.

Jessica is a dedicated professional in the coordination, planning and support of business operations, IR, ER and service delivery in construction, security, facilities management, infrastructure and mining projects. She worked as a Contracts Manager for Wilson Security before joining HTS, where she is now responsible for the development of the on-site commercial system and templates, management of major works contracts, development and updates of project schedules and contract administration.

As Head of People and Culture, Cindy Gil brings more than 13 years of enterprise HR leadership to HTS Constructions. She specialises in building scalable people infrastructure, managing industrial compliance, and mitigating workforce risk across multi-site organisations. Cindy's strategic acumen ensures the business attracts and retains high-performing talent to support rapid operational growth.

Ryan Glossop brings 15 years of health and safety experience to his role at HTS Constructions. His career spans industries, from mining at the Sino Iron Project to corporate HSE roles at NBN and working at the Kemerton Lithium Processing Plant. At HTS, Ryan is focused on maturing the company's health and safety practices, helping them achieve accreditation and take on larger projects. Ryan values collaboration and communication, ensuring long-term company success.

Tim's career has spanned various sectors since becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2009, including mining, gas and facilities management. He joined HTS in October 2023 after successfully managing the $20B Shell's Gladstone Gas Plant project. Since joining HTS, Tim has been instrumental in driving financial growth, helping HTS transition from a small construction company to a Tier 2 contractor, with a focus on financial compliance and empowering staff.

Steven Tomoana
Steve's career has spanned Defence, the Pacific and Construction sectors, bringing a strong network across government, Defence and Pacific donor organisations. He is also a Veteran and ex-Army Officer. He joined HTS in October 2025 after a number of years operating across a wide range of Pacific donor construction projects in transportation, energy, infrastructure and Defence. Prior to that, Steve had a long career in the Defence industry, in both consulting and prime contractor business development roles. Since joining HTS, Steve has been responsible for building and growing the company's pipeline of opportunities across all five HTS verticals, Mining, Defence, Government, Agriculture and Remote Infrastructure.
