Job Description
HTS Constructions are seeking an experienced Site Administrator, to join our team at the Tanami Mine site in the Northern Territory. This is a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) role, on an even time roster (2:2). The role is open to candidates flying out of Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, or Alice Springs - ONLY.
As part of the Tanami project team, you’ll be reporting directly to the Project Manager. No two days will be the same, but your responsibilities will include;
A broad scope of administrative tasks to support the project team.
Updating registers, records and tracking information on a daily basis.
Writing, compiling and producing a range of reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Assisting with procurement process including updating inventory, delivery tracking etc.
Maintaining document control protocols outlined by HTS.
Developing and updating wikis, procedures and processes.
Communicating with employees, clients, suppliers and head office team.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar mine site-based administration role.
Certificate IV in Business or Administration or equivalent work experience.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Experience with Power BI Reporting would be advantageous.
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organisational and time management skills
