About the Role:
HTS Constructions are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Rigger / Truck Driver to join our team in Nauru. This role is Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO), on an even time 3:3 roster. Flights are available out of Brisbane only.
Please note, you must have a current, valid Australian OR New Zealand Passport and be ready to travel immediately.
This role requires an immediate start subject to visa approval and pre-employment medical.
Candidates with an Unrestricted MC Drivers Licences are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll be expected to:
Assist with crane and plant equipment operations, providing lifting support, freight handling and equipment location.
Truck driving - Transporting and delivery of shipping containers.
Conduct pre-operational checks and regular maintenance on cranes and rigging equipment.
Maintain detailed logs of crane operations and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to crane operation / rigging.
Additional licences and tickets such as Civil Tickets (Skid Steer and Excavator)and Forklift would be very highly regarded.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidates must have:
Minimum 3 years rigging experience. Advanced Rigger Ticket preferred. (RA)
Current EWP (Over 11m)
Current Unrestricted MC Licence + minimum 12-months experience truck driving.
Good physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions.
Able to work effectively as part of a site team.
Previous FIFO or DIDO experience.
